"Key Competences and Future Careers"

Summary of the classes implemented in Romania- 32 hours


The Erasmus + Key Competences and Future Careers project takes place over two years (2017-2018).

This project aims to create a common understanding of the application of European Key Competences in the context of their own curriculum.

The entrepreneurial education course has enabled prospective graduates to find their place on the labor market, with students being able to initiate and motivate their own learning process by creating age-appropriate activities.

The themes of the Entrepreneurial Education course included topics such as:

- Business communication

-Business ideas

- Establishment of a firm (legal forms, steps to set up a firm, documents needed to set up a firm)

- Recruitment of human resources

- Preparation of employment contracts, job descriptions, organizational chart)

- Elaborating marketing strategy

- Carry out a market survey

- Filling out sales contracts

- Completing accounting documents

- Drawing up a business plan

The entrepreneurial education course was centered on the development of entrepreneurial skills and the relationship with the economic and social environment. The entrepreneurship education course has been aimed at developing students' skills to enable them to capitalize on their own potential efficiently and, in the long run, effectively manage their own business.

The competences gained following this course were:

- Illustrating some qualities of the successful entrepreneur

- Establishing, in cooperation with others, their own, current and prospective roles in a business environment

- Appropriate use of entrepreneurship-specific concepts

- Use appropriate tools to study the phenomena specific to different markets

- Identifying market opportunities

- Assessing changes and trends in the business environment

- Appropriate and efficient use of resources, depending on the characteristics of the economic and social environment

- Evaluating the possibilities for running a profitable business, taking into account the interests of the community

- Identifying risks arising from business conduct

- Applying ethical principles in dealing with employees and partners

- Employing employees to solve business problems

- Use of bargaining techniques with business partners

- Anticipating the consequences of responsible behavior in relation to employees and partners

- Identification of the consequences of the entrepreneur's activity on the consumer and on the environment

- Identifying alternative solutions to community problems, starting / running a business

- Investigating the common and specific elements of business success

- Drawing up a business plan


The course support has been developed and trained in such a way as to direct students to knowledge and communication, to guide their students to solve real problems in the entrepreneurial field, to show their creativity in solving the tasks

For the final evaluation, the students drew up a business plan and completed an evaluation test with a few questions and the results were remarkable.

In conclusion, the results were positive for students to achieve results in the field of entrepreneurial learning - concrete knowledge, skills and attitudes.

Summary of Business English classes implemented in Romania- 64 hours

It was such a joy and an honour for me to join the thought-provoking  project ,because I have had the opportunity to see things from a new perspective, to process a wide range of new information, to "touch"  another culture, to reorder my own values and to make new friends.

You see, I do not believe in legislative changes, but in the inner power of each of us. The true, visible process of educating people is not taking place inside the committees of legislatures or in the politicians' rhetoric. It is what happens between those who teach and teachers in the schools themselves. A project with another school in Poland means an open window to another universe, a symphony of values who works. A global and local process at the same time. Answers to questions you ask and other questions you have to answer. Comparisons. You see your achievements and mistakes, it's not just about the others, who are not so aliens or blue or from a whole other planet, as my students would have expected. But friendly people probably  looking for the perfect answer to the same questions.

Firstly, almost instantly, you are looking to find out what's different in another education system. Who are the others ant their magic powers. An effervescence of expectations. We have established what to say, how to meet them. To my surprise, my talkative students have learned to listen, to understand, to find out. We have welcomed people with bread and salt(an old Romanian custom), with great joy, but also with a certain amount of embarrassment and seriousness of celebrating some very important deeds of our lives. We have praised the school and the results and we have tangled in words somewhere. The kids have found their own ways to talk to each other anyway, anywhere, no matter the time or the circumstance or the subject. We laughed, we  shared secrets and went on trips together. Somehow, unexpectedly, the sun in everybody's heart was more effective. It was unexpectedly easy to understand each other, although the shyness and the fear of failing  strangled our impetuous thoughts.

I would call the second stage a stage of awareness. Each participant was intrigued by the importance of his or her actions, however small those might have been and I dare say everybody has learned something. Of course I asked my students what they have learned from here. Many of their answers were so predictible!

 We have learned that the most polite, smiling and affectionate humans on Earth are" our" Polish people. As "normal" as we are. As "different" and unique as we are. That they have more classes of technological sciences  in their school curriculum and they seem to be more oriented towards the labour market and the result than we are. They are somehow more practical and better organized. Although both our  countries are beautiful ( Romania and Poland), the Polish people know to put the values ​​of their country in the forefront better than we do. That there are only high school students learning in their school. That they have almost the same musical tastes as we do, although there are some of their bands we have not heard yet. That we are or seem to be, with apologies, a little bit communist or rather rigid people. That it's up to us to change things. That we should go out, not linger on the shore. The labour market that awaits us at the end of our training is not a dragon, but rather a labyrinth whose rules must be learned in advance. That using English is a much more useful tool than we thought it would be. That we still have a lot to do. That sincerity and sense of humour opens up hearts.

As a teacher, I understand that any project of any size connects the school universe with the real world. Not only did Poland seem visible to my students, but their own existence has made sense. We have became more visible for each other and more aware of the need for our inner effort, of our self-accomplishment.

 I have understood that the process of running a project is a lasting one that allows both students and teachers to grasp the world around them, the talents inside them, so that they become fulfilled individuals and active, compassionate citizens. It revolves around our becoming and all the roads lead to education.

We thank from the bottom of our hearts to all those who have thoroughly worked so that we all enjoyed a healthy atmosphere, a successful cooperation and many new friendships.

Summary of ICT classes implemented in Romania- 32 hours


·         Forming and developing the skills of using a word processor, spreadsheet calculation, presentation creation, image and sound editor

·         Training and development of the use of modern means of communication - the Internet

·         Understand the impact of IT in society as well as connections between information and communication technology and other learning objects.

·         Creating the skills to create a web page

·         Recording, editing and publishing video applications


·         Text editor: formatting texts, using templates (brochures, invitations), creating a table of contents, nested correspondence

·         Professional development (evaluation of skills and interests, writing a curriculum vitae)

·         Digital image processing (GIMP open source application). Apps: creating a GIF animation, creating an image collage

·         Editing images with PhotoScape

·         Table calculation

·         Presentations. Rules for making a presentation File

·         Recording, editing and publishing video applications

·         Web pages

The evaluation was done on each theme. The final evaluation followed:

- Make an animation with PhotoScape and create a collage of images

- Making a web page using image maps, tables, frames

- Access the quizlet.com online application, create an account and create a list of your questions and answers about the "Internet Security" theme. You can then play with these notions (find out which categories of games the app offers). Give the links to your colleagues' games to practice.
